Memphis Zoo 2008
With Kevin off this week on vacation, we decided to make the most of this beautiful weather and headed off to Memphis to take the kids to the zoo. We had a wonderful time - it wasn't very crowded and the temperature was in the 70s. You couldn't have asked for a better day. We all had a blast! Sam loved all the animals (especially the polar bears!) and Georgia just rode around and smiled at everyone who passed by!

These pictures are great! It looks like all of you had a wonderful time. I guess baby sister loves to go and do as much as the rest of us! It warms my heart to see you all having such a good time.
Love the pics of you guys with the polar bears! Looks like they had lots of fun!
That's one thing I regret when Kevin and Wendy were growing up. We did things, sure, but many times we didn't take the time to go and do as you are doing with your children. Cherish every moment with them because they do grow up quickly. Katherine told me that Sam really liked the polar bears swimming in the water. And did he get close enough to touch the duck or did it get away. He is so precious and I know in my heart that one day he will talk a blue streak. God knows the right timing and we just have to be patient.
And then there's Georgia with the beautiful smile. What a sweet baby.
